  Rudy Kwang what is the point of intramedullary wire if you already put a plate to ulna? why dont you just put a plate for radius also? fracture of radius and ulna in adult should be treated as intraarticular fracture according to AO to achieve full range of motion of pronation and supination

  Hamidur Rahman I thin u r correct segmental fracture radius should fixed intramedullary nailing but nail should removed earlier .
