Male patient 22 y.. admitted to hospital today after RtA. Pxr showing pathological # distal bb leg...patient complain of pain distal leg one year ago... whats ur managment plz!!

  prepare for curettage +bone graftin+fixation
  and biopsy but prepare blood if ABC .
