  Murshid H. Alsaki The distal screw is close to the # , the next hole was more appropriate even if not locked because you have 2 other locked screws. I think you obligated to open the fracture site for that screw?

  Lokesh Bhatia Reasonably well done, In your next similar case try and avoid going that close to # site, Keep a close follow up of this case if you feel distal # is not progressing well do not hesitate in Revising the things or do timely intervention.(BMP/Bone Marrow etc)
